Was da aus den Boxen kommt, ist ein federleichter Ritt über die Klaviatur moderner und zeitloser Sounds: organisch-melodischer House, Disco-Vibes und soulful Techno – perfekt verbunden. Seine Sets bewegen sich irgendwo zwischen Turntablism und feinem Beatmatching, immer stilbewusst, immer fließend. Was als lokale Club-Größe begann, ist längst kein regionales Phänomen mehr.
Als Hälfte des Duos Good Guy Mikesh & Filburt, aber auch als Solo-DJ und Produzent, hat Filburt sich in den letzten Jahren nicht nur in der nationalen, sondern auch in der internationalen Clubszene einen Namen gemacht.
Früher war er der Kopf hinter dem legendären Leipziger Plattenladen Freezone Records, heute betreibt er das Label O*RS – und ist damit an so ziemlich allen wichtigen Schaltstellen der Szene aktiv.
Seine jahrelange Erfahrung hinter den Decks und im Umfeld der Clubkultur haben seinen Instinkt für den perfekten Track geschärft. Releases mit seinem unverwechselbaren House-Gespür – und allem, was sich musikalisch in der Nähe tummelt – sind auf Labels wie Permanent Vacation, Liebe*Detail, Mirau, Dirt Crew, Compost oder Riotvan erschienen.

As one half of the duo Good Guy Mikesh & Filburt, and as a solo DJ and producer, Filburt has made his mark not just nationally, but internationally over the past few years.
He was once the driving force behind Leipzig’s legendary record store Freezone Records. Today, he runs the label O*RS – and is active at just about every key junction of the scene.
